Its been over a year and a half since i last updated/uploaded on Deviantart. A lot has changed since back then. Back then i was wide-eyed, in a relationship i thought that was going to be "forever" [what a immature concept], and making up excuses for not fully pushing myself. Now im road-hardened [so to speak] and i know what it takes to make it. Now to just continue on the right path, lead by desire and not doubt.

First off, I am now a double major with a concentration in Graphic Design and now also Photography. I love Photography, have since i was a kid, but never really fully pursued it. I always figured I would be better off just being a Design major because thats what everyone said i should go into. Design has its purposes, mostly to get you and your employer paid, but its just not as artistic as Photography. Yes, GD can be artistic, and i love it when it is, but those are usually not the ones you will get paid to do. Commercial art makes me want to vommit, which makes my choice to be a designer baffle my brain.

What i would have REALLY wanted to do with college and a career would have been learn automotive design and design cars. Since i was old enough to talk i was obsessed with cars. The only reason i did not pursue this passion is because the schools i looked into were VERY hard to get into and most of their students never graduated and i decided on the safer choice. Lately i am thinking that instead of grad school that i will go school for automotive design. Maybe not immediately after i graduate with my bachelors, but definitely before im 30.

Hopefully i should be able to post my work as it happens from now on. there should be more up tomorrow, i must sleep now cuz class is in the morning. Hope to hear from you all soon!
